Job Description

Working closely with internal teams across Sales, Design, Scenic, Technical, Projects, Operations, and Finance, you will help deliver seamless client experiences. You will also be responsible for identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts through upselling and new business development.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders\\n\\nActing as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure successful delivery of events and projects\\n\\nIdentifying and developing new business opportunities \\n\\nCollaborating with the Sales team \\n\\nConducting client meetings and site visits as appropriate\\n\\nProviding updates to the Directors on account performance \\n\\nDelivering after-sales support \\n\\nWhat We're Looking For\\n\\nPrevious experience in an Account Manager or client-facing sales role\\n\\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\\n\\nCommercial awareness with a focus on client satisfaction and growth\\n\\nApply today to take the next step in your career
