As AV Manager, you'll oversee the delivery of all audiovisual services across a busy hotel venue, ensuring every conference, meeting and event runs seamlessly. You'll combine your technical expertise with excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients, identifying additional service opportunities, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at every stage. Key Responsibilities Coordinate all AV requirements for conferences, meetings and live events. Deliver exceptional technical support before, during and after events. Build strong relationships with clients and venue teams. Identify opportunities to enhance event delivery through additional AV services. Prepare quotations and event proposals. Set up, operate and maintain professional AV equipment. Manage on-site AV inventory and equipment maintenance. Produce event schedules and weekly operational reports.
