Our client offer complete audio-visual solutions for live events. Due to expansion within our hire department an exciting position has become available for a Hire Technician. Reporting to the Hire Manager and working within a dynamic hire team the successful candidate will be responsible for the installation and dismantle of audio-visual equipment including sound, lighting and projection equipment at various hotels and venues across the Thames Valley. The successful candidate will be presentable and have a ‘can do’ attitude. They need to be able to operate within a team environment as well as being comfortable completing tasks individually. We are looking for people who are keen and enthusiastic regarding technology and previous experience is required. This role offers excellent career progression opportunities within the business, and we are looking for candidates who wish to strive within their career in the Audio Visual industry and progress through the ranks. The role will be based at the Reading Head office location but, the role will require movement to different job sites on a daily basis. Core working hours will be 9am – 5pm although longer hours and weekend work are to be expected on a regular basis given the nature of the role.
