We are looking for a talented and customer-focused Audio Visual Engineer to join our growing team, working across London and the surrounding areas.
As an AV Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, maintaining and fault-finding professional audio visual systems at a variety of client sites.
You will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure systems are delivered and maintained to a high standard.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced AV Engineer looking for a varied role where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities Install, configure and commission professional AV systems.
Attend client sites across London to carry out planned and reactive service work.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Carry out preventative maintenance and system health checks.
Fault-find audio, video, control and networking systems.
Configure and commission video conferencing and collaboration systems.
Work with AV control systems and signal distribution equipment.
Provide technical support and advice to customers.
Complete service reports, commissioning documentation and job sheets accurately.
Liaise with project managers, customers, manufacturers and suppliers.
Ensure all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.
