With strong local demand and a new contract supporting Somerset services, we’re recruiting across Taunton, Wellington, Bridgwater, North Petherton, Bishops Lydeard, Norton Fitzwarren, Trull, Cotford St Luke and surrounding villages.

About the role
You’ll have opportunities to support children, young people, families and adults with learning disabilities across settings including residential homes, supported living, community support, family contact supervision and domiciliary care.
Your work could involve helping someone access their community, develop independence, enjoy activities or feel safe and supported at home. We match placements to your experience and skills.

What you’ll need:
- At least one year of UK-based experience in health and social care
- Strong communication skills and a caring, reliable approach
- A commitment to safeguarding and providing high-quality support
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred
