Prospero Health & Social Care is recruiting experienced Waking Night Support Workers to work with our residential childcare partner across Southampton and surrounding areas. The role involves providing safe, compassionate overnight support to children and young people, staying awake, completing welfare checks, following care plans, and handing over at dawn.
Shifts are paid at £15 per hour (£150 per shift) with weekly pay.
