As a Family Supervision Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting safe, structured contact between children and their families. You’ll ensure that interactions are positive and safe.

Responsibilities

  • Promoting safe, healthy interactions between children and parents
  • Encouraging positive routines, boundaries, and communication
  • Writing clear, accurate contact reports and observations
  • Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing throughout sessions
  • Maintaining professional, non-judgemental relationships with families
  • Ensuring sessions always run smoothly and safely

Start Date Immediate

Shift Patterns 8am–8pm (Day), 8pm–8am (Night), 8am–11pm + Sleep-in
