As a Family Supervision Worker, you’ll play a key role in supporting safe, structured contact between children and their families. You’ll ensure that interactions are positive and safe.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Promoting safe, healthy interactions between children and parents
- Encouraging positive routines, boundaries, and communication
- Writing clear, accurate contact reports and observations
- Supporting children’s emotional wellbeing throughout sessions
- Maintaining professional, non‑judgemental relationships with families
- Ensuring sessions always run smoothly and safely

Shifts: Shift Patterns: 8am–8pm (Day), 8pm–8am (Night), 8am–11pm + Sleep‑in
