Team Leader – Children's Residential ServicesBirmingham | £30,240 – £33,600 per annum (including sleep-ins)

Are you an experienced Senior Support Worker looking to step up into a leadership role? This organisation is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to provide high-quality care and guidance within a children's residential setting.

The Role:

  • Leading and mentoring a team of support workers to deliver outstanding care
  • Supporting children with their daily routines, emotional well-being, and personal development
  • Ensuring a safe, structured, and nurturing environment for young people
  • Working flexible shifts, including long days (8am – 11pm) and regular sleep-ins
  • Contributing to care plans and maintaining high standards of practice
