Registered Manager – Children\’s Residential Home Salary : £45,000 – £60,000 per annum + up to £5,500 performance bonus Hours : 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Location : Blackpool Are you an experienced leader with a passion for transforming the lives of children and young people? The Role As the Registered Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of an Ofsted-regulated children\’s home, inspiring a dedicated team to deliver exceptional care. You will play a key role in shaping the home\’s culture, driving high standards, and ensuring every young person has the opportunity to reach their full potential. Key Responsibilities Lead the residential home, providing a safe and nurturing environment for children and young people. Ensure full compliance with the Children\’s Home Regulations (2015) and achieve outstanding outcomes with Ofsted. Promote the education, personal growth, and well-being of the young people in your care. Recruit, develop, and retain a skilled and motivated staff team, providing regular supervision and professional development opportunities.
