Childrens Support Worker - Floating Support in London

Prospero Health and Social Care is currently recruiting experienced staff for floating support for Children in Kirklees. Everyday is different and you will face new challenges; we need staff members with a can‐do attitude, who are willing to go above and beyond for the children in their care to better their lives, promote independence, serve as a role model, and achieve a successful home environment in line with the local authority care plan.

Requirements

12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector

Previous experience in a support worker, youth work is essential

Flexible around travel arrangements

Able to work flexibly (good availability)

Resilient and empathetic, with a strong commitment to helping vulnerable young people

NVQ Level 3 in children and young people (desired but not essential)

Social Care registered

Experience

Children and Young People Support: 1 year (required)

Experience taking children into community

Licence/Certification

Driving Licence (preferred)
