Location: Newhaven, East Sussex

Salary: 50,000-60,000 per annum (dependent on experience and qualifications)

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading a child-centred service, ensuring the home delivers exceptional care, maintains the highest safeguarding standards, and remains fully compliant with the Children’s Homes (England) Regulations 2015 and Ofsted Quality Standards.

As the Registered Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the home, leading and developing a dedicated team to create a safe, nurturing, and therapeutic environment where children and young people can thrive. You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring high-quality care
  • Maintaining staffing levels
  • Promoting positive outcomes
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement

Working closely with the Responsible Individual and Quality.
