About the Role

We are currently recruiting experienced and dedicated Children's Support Workers to join our agency team, supporting a secure unit in Peterborough. Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with residential staff and other professionals to deliver high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate records and complete documentation in line with safeguarding and organisational policies.

Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working with children and young people in a residential, educational, care, or similar setting.
  • Experience supporting young people with challenging behaviours and complex emotional needs.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • A compassionate, resilient, and reliable approach.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
  • The legal right to work in the UK.
