Children\’s Support Worker – Agency Role

We are looking for compassionate and experienced children\’s support workers to work flexibly across the West and East Midlands in various settings, including:

Mother & baby placements – Providing supervision and guidance to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
Children\’s residential homes – Supporting young people with challenging behaviour, helping them develop life skills and emotional resilience.
Family homes & community settings – Engaging children in positive activities, promoting well-being, and ensuring their safety.
Supervised contact sessions – Overseeing and supporting contact between children and their parents or siblings, ensuring a safe and positive experience.Our young people may have a range of needs, including ADHD, autism, mental health conditions, learning disabilities, self-harm, risk of CSE (Child Sexual Exploitation), absconding, and trauma-related behaviours. Your role will be to offer stability, encouragement, and compassionate care.

What We Offer:

Pay rate: £14-£22 per hour (depending on location, shift complexity & duration)

What We\’re Looking For:

At least 12 months of experience working with children in a care setting within the UK
