- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and families.
- Proven experience in a similar role, working with children and young people with diverse learning needs.
- Relevant qualifications, such as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant certificate.
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently.
