The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced consultants with a strong track record in education recruitment or a similar fast-paced, sales-driven recruitment environment. You will be confident in developing new business, managing and growing existing accounts, and building strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit back and wait for opportunities to come to them. We want people who are commercially driven, competitive, relationship-focused and passionate about being the best at what they do.

- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant, ideally at Senior Consultant level
