Prospero are looking for a driven Senior Education Recruitment Consultant to join our Bristol office!

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with primary, secondary, and SEND schools.
- Source, interview, and place high-quality teaching and support staff.
- Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and business development activities.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from candidate attraction through to placement.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales and performance targets.
- Provide expert advice and market knowledge to clients and candidates.
- Support and mentor junior consultants where appropriate.
- Maintain accurate records using the CRM and recruitment systems.
