What You'll Do:

  • Conducting telephone interviews with prospective candidates to establish suitability for various roles
  • Advertising vacancies on job boards within company guidelines
  • Sourcing candidates via social media, job boards, CV searching, and our branch network
  • Working with the talent team to coordinate each stage from initial application through to offer of employment
  • Understanding compliance rules and practices
  • Ensuring relevant compliance documents are collated and processed
  • Ensuring processes are adhered to
  • Robust and effective compliance checks in line with compliance standards
  • Working with the team and other departments to ensure compliance standards are met within an effective and timely manner
  • Manage candidate contact
  • Keep up to date with latest policies and processes.
