Prospero Group are recruiting for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Health & Social Care teams. What You’ll Do: Lead the recruitment process for temporary health and social care positions, including sourcing, screening, and placing candidates Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met Advise clients on best practices for staffing, compliance, and workforce solutions Bean expert advice in your area and advise clients on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and solutions. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach Keep up-to-date with industry trends, legislation, and sector-specific challenges What we’re looking for: To succeed in this fast-paced and dynamic business, we need candidates with an entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen, and a money-motivated attitude. Exceptional communication skills, drive, and ambition are also essential. For this role, you must have recruitment experience, ideally within health & social care or fast-moving temporary recruitment. This role is suitable for somebody that is looking for the next step in their career! For this role you must hold a UK Driving licence.
