At Prospero Teaching, we are growing fast and looking for a dynamic Primary Manager to lead and grow our Primary Education division in Southampton. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of an established desk, build and mentor a high-performing team, and drive growth across Hampshire schools.
What you’ll be doing:- Lead from the front by developing strong relationships with Primary schools and candidates.
- Grow and manage a team of recruiters - mentoring, coaching and inspiring them to achieve their goals.
- Drive business development across Hampshire and the surrounding areas, winning new clients and expanding existing relationships.
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to set and deliver ambitious growth targets for the Primary division.
- Support your team with their own candidate generation, bookings and day-to-day recruitment challenges.
- Uphold Prospero's reputation for excellent service and compliance standards.
- Proven experience in education recruitment (Primary or SEND experience desirable).
- A natural leader who enjoys developing and motivating others.
- Strong business development skills and a track record of hitting targets.
- Excellent knowledge of the education sector in Hampshire/Southampton.
- A driven, positive and resilient mindset - with a desire to build something exceptional.
