We're looking for a Delivery Consultant (Account Manager) to join our growing Leeds team, supporting our Children's Educational Services (CES) division helping place exceptional staff into roles supporting young people, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).

About the Role
As a Delivery Consultant, you'll play a key role in finding, engaging and managing education professionals, ensuring our consultants have access to the very best candidates. You'll focus on:
- Sourcing and attracting teachers, tutors and SEN support staff
- Building strong relationships with candidates from first contact through to placement
- Supporting the CES team to deliver tailored support for pupils who need it most
This role is perfect for someone who understands education and wants to transition from the classroom into recruitment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Proactively sourcing candidates via job boards, LinkedIn and referrals
- Interviewing and screening candidates (Teams / phone)
- Creating engaging candidate profiles and managing candidate pipelines
- Working closely with consultants to match candidates to roles
- Posting adverts and promoting opportunities
- Supporting compliance processes (references, right-to-work, documentation)
- Attending university career fairs and networking events
- Building knowledge of local schools, SEN environments and education trends
- Delivering excellent candidate care and relationship management
What We're Looking For
We're especially keen to meet individuals with an education background, such as:
- Former teachers or trainee teachers
- Teaching assistants
- Education or psychology graduates
- Individuals with SEN experience or knowledge
However, just as important is attitude. You will be:
