Primary Recruitment Consultant to join our growing recruitment team.

The Role
As a Primary Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for developing relationships with primary schools and education professionals, understanding their staffing requirements and successfully matching candidates with suitable opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with primary schools
- Recruiting teachers and support staff for primary education settings
- Sourcing, interviewing and registering suitable candidates
- Managing your own candidate and client database
- Developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts
- Matching candidates to suitable vacancies
- Managing the recruitment process from initial contact through to placement
- Providing excellent customer service to both schools and candidates
- Working towards individual and team targets
