You will be supporting by carefully resourcing experienced teaching staff and handling multiple bookings.

In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Source and attract candidates using job boards, social media, and internal databases.
  • Speaking to clients to identify needs and work within set timescales.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates.
  • Advertising jobs, CV searching and registrations.
  • Working with the team to fill bookings.
  • Supporting with candidate mailers.
  • Data entry/administration.

  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Positive and 'can do' attitude.
  • Graduate or equivalent desirable.
  • Experience within a similar role or a sales and target-driven role desirable.
