We are looking for a passionate Learning Delivery Manager to lead and support high-quality tuition delivery across the North. Based in Leeds, you'll oversee educational contracts, ensuring compliance, quality, and strong learner outcomes. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in education, quality assurance, or coaching, who is driven to improve tutor performance and make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor local authority contracts, ensuring KPIs and compliance are met
- Conduct tutor observations (online and in-person) and deliver actionable feedback
- Support tutor development through coaching and CPD initiatives
- Analyse attendance, engagement, and progress data to improve outcomes
- Oversee safeguarding and compliance requirements, supporting audits where required
- Ensure accurate collection of student progress data for reporting
- Deliver and support Functional Skills and AQA Unit Awards
- Build partnerships to enhance social value and community engagement
About You
- Experience in education, tutoring, QA, or instructional coaching
- Strong understanding of teaching practices and behaviour management
- Confident using data to drive performance and decision-making
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding procedures
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the North
