Candidate Manager Leeds City Centre | Full-Time | Permanent Are you a people person with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to work? Prospero Teaching is one of the UK's leading education recruitment agencies, and due to continued growth, we're looking for a Candidate Manager to join our successful Children's Educational Services (CES) team in Leeds. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening and supporting candidates, helping to connect talented education professionals with opportunities that make a real difference to young people's lives. Key Responsibilities: Source and attract candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and referrals Conduct candidate screening calls and Teams interviews Manage candidate registrations and onboarding Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process Create candidate profiles and support consultants with live vacancies Work closely with Compliance Officers to ensure candidate files are complete Deliver an exceptional candidate experience What We're Looking For: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Highly organised with strong attention to detail Positive, motivated and proactive attitude Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Recruitment, sales, customer service or administration experience is advantageous but not essential Why Join Prospero?
