About the Role

As a Recruitment Consultant at Prospero, you will sell recruitment solutions face‑to‑face and over the phone to senior decision makers, manage your own PR and marketing, source and build client and candidate databases, and play a key part in repeat‑business and relationship building.

The role requires strong literacy and numeracy, writing marketing materials and proof‑checking bids, and the ability to work independently under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Sell recruitment services face‑to‑face and over the phone to high level decision makers.
  • Manage your own PR and marketing efforts.
  • Source and build a client and candidate database.
  • Work independently and make quality decisions to drive success.
  • Write marketing pieces and proof‑check bids and tenders.
