We are looking for a SEN Consultant to join our growing team in Bristol! As a SEN Recruitment Consultant, your mission is to support SEN students by placing the right candidates into the right educational settings. You'll be working with a diverse portfolio of schools and provisions, building strong, lasting relationships, and delivering a service that genuinely changes lives.
The role:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with SEN schools.
- Candidate Sourcing: Attracting and interviewing candidates aligned with each setting's ethos and requirements.
- End-to-End Recruitment Process: Manage the recruitment cycle from initial client engagement through to candidate placement, ensuring a seamless process for both clients and candidates.
- Consultative Expertise: Be an expert advisor in your area and advise clients on recruitment trends, salary benchmarking, and solutions.
- Business Development: Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach, networking, and attending relevant education-related events.
