The Role: As an AV Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in matching talented professionals with the right opportunities in the events and AV sector. You will manage client and candidate relationships, source high-quality talent, and drive successful placements while hitting ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure AV and events job opportunities within organisations.
- Source, attract, and place candidates to meet client requirements.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment process: candidate shortlisting, interviews, and placement.
- Negotiate and agree terms of service with clients.
