Banquo Ltd. is looking for an ambitious and relationship-driven Business Development & Partnerships Lead to help shape the future of our services across health, social care, education, and community settings. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building professional networks, developing strategic partnerships, identifying new opportunities, and creating sustainable business growth. You'll play a key role in raising the profile of Banquo Ltd, developing referral pathways, nurturing commissioner relationships, and supporting the growth of high-quality services for children, young people, and adults.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Developing and implementing business development strategies that support sustainable growth.
  • Building strong relationships with local authorities, NHS services, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs), commissioners, brokerage teams, social workers, case managers, education professionals, and other key stakeholders.
  • Identifying and progressing new referral opportunities across commissioned, direct payment, and privately funded services.
  • Creating and maintaining a strong, measurable referral pipeline.
  • Representing Banquo Ltd. at networking events, commissioner meetings, provider forums, and professional events.
  • Researching market trends, commissioning priorities, and opportunities for service expansion.
  • Supporting tender submissions, framework applications, and commissioning opportunities.
  • Working closely with operational, compliance, finance, recruitment, and senior leadership teams.
  • Promoting Banquo Ltd.'s services professionally and ethically while ensuring all activity aligns with organisational capabilities and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

We are interested in hearing from candidates who have experience in:

  • Business development, account management, partnerships, commissioning, or stakeholder engagement.
  • Health and social care, education, community services, healthcare, or related sectors.
  • Building and maintaining professional relationships with commissioners and referral sources.
  • Developing referral pathways and generating new business opportunities.
  • Tender support, frameworks, bids, or commissioning processes.
  • Managing multiple projects, opportunities, and priorities simultaneously.
  • Producing accurate reports, pipeline management data, and business intelligence.

Skills & Experience

  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to identify growth opportunities.
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Organised and able to manage opportunities from enquiry through to progression.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident using CRM systems, databases, and reporting tools.

Desirable

  • Qualification in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Health & Social Care, Commissioning, or a related field.
  • Health & Social Care qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Knowledge of local authority commissioning, NHS pathways, and social care services.
  • Safeguarding awareness and understanding of data protection requirements.
