About the Role

They currently have a full-time remote role available for a Senior Designer with strong branding experience. Please note that you need strong brand experience and a great portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design projects end to end, from briefing and research through concept, production, delivery and post-launch review.
  • Develop high-level brand work across identity systems, packaging, digital, environmental graphics and marketing collateral, with every outcome reflecting the studio's commitment to form, feeling and function.
  • Translate complex ideas into strong visual concepts and present them with confidence to internal teams, clients and external partners.
  • Work closely with production teams and suppliers to protect design integrity and finish.
  • Mentor and review the work of junior and mid-level designers, raising the level around you.
  • Collaborate with account, strategy and digital teams so the work always aligns to brand and business objectives.
  • Stay ahead of tools, techniques and trends, and bring that thinking back into the studio.

Qualifications

You will have four to six years or more in a creative studio or agency, working on brand identity, packaging or digital design for consumer-facing brands.

Required Skills

  • A standout portfolio that shows strategic thinking and beautiful execution across multiple media.
  • Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and confidence with digital tools, with motion design a bonus.
  • The presence to walk a client through your rationale.
  • Proven ability to run multiple projects in parallel, to deadline and to budget.
  • A collaborative mindset, genuine craft obsession, and the instinct to dig beneath a brief and find the brand's real voice.
