We are seeking an experienced AI Strategy Consultant to help establish and grow our AI agency. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in artificial intelligence technologies, business strategy, and client relations to help shape our service offerings and drive successful client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of our AI service portfolio, including assessment of various AI models, tools, and platforms to determine optimal solutions for different client needs and use cases
- Provide strategic guidance to clients on AI implementation, including use case identification, technology selection, integration planning, and change management
- Develop comprehensive AI adoption frameworks and methodologies that can be applied across different industries and organization sizes
- Conduct technical and business feasibility assessments for client AI initiatives, including ROI analysis, risk assessment, and implementation roadmapping
- Build and maintain relationships with key AI technology providers and stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape
- Train and mentor internal teams on AI technologies, use cases, and best practices for client engagement
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in AI/ML consulting, implementation, or related technical leadership roles
- Proven track record of successful AI strategy development and implementation across multiple industries
- Deep understanding of current AI landscape, including LLMs, computer vision, generative AI, and enterprise AI platforms
- Strong business acumen with experience in ROI analysis, project scoping, and commercial modelling
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field; Master's degree preferred
Desired Experience
- Previous experience building or scaling an AI consultancy or digital transformation practice
- Track record of successful client project delivery in AI implementation
- Experience with major AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Azure, etc.)
- Knowledge of AI ethics, governance, and regulatory compliance
- Public speaking and thought leadership experience in AI domain
