Prosperity Network is one of the UK's leading property investment communities, helping hundreds of members build wealth through education, mentoring, networking and accountability. With over 800 active members and ambitious plans to continue growing over the coming years, we're looking for an exceptional marketer who can help take the business to the next level. This is not just a social media management or content delivery role. It is a strategic marketing role for someone who understands how to grow businesses through effective marketing, customer acquisition and commercial thinking.
The Opportunity
We're looking for someone to own and develop our marketing strategy. This role offers genuine autonomy. We want someone who is excited to challenge existing ideas, introduce new initiatives and take ownership of Prosperity Network's future growth. Your responsibility will be simple:
- Generate more qualified enquiries.
- Improve conversion.
- Increase membership growth.
- Strengthen the Prosperity Network brand.
You'll work closely with our Directors and existing marketing team, taking ownership of strategy whilst coordinating the execution across multiple marketing channels. If you've successfully helped grow an SME through marketing before, we'd love to hear from you.
What Success Looks Like
Success in this role will be measured by business growth, including:

- Review campaign performance
- Set objectives
- Analyse results
- Improve ROI
- Ensure paid campaigns align with wider business goals
We already have strong internal capability in content creation. Whilst you'll be expected to contribute ideas and occasionally create content, your primary responsibility is ensuring our marketing delivers measurable commercial results. Your role is to ensure great content becomes:

You'll oversee the marketing strategy behind our content rather than simply producing content for the sake of it.
