Employment Law Partner at Prosperity Law LLP : Job Title: Employment Law Partner Location: Manchester, Liverpool or Leeds Flexibility to work across more than one office location would be an advantage Salary: Highly attractive remuneration package and bonus structure Job Type: Full-time Job Description: Prosperity Law LLP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employment Law Partner to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the employment law team and providing expert advice to clients on a range of employment law matters. Key Responsibilities include: Leading the employment law team and providing expert advice to clients on a range of employment law matters. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Managing a caseload of employment law matters, including contentious and non-contentious work. Providing strategic advice to clients on employment law issues. Keeping up-to-date with changes in employment law and ensuring that clients are informed of any changes that may affect them. Responsible for developing new business for the team whilst retaining relationships with existing employment clients. Requirements: Strong technical skills Previous experience in developing, managing and leading a team would be ideal but is not essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Commercially aware with a strong focus on client service.
