Prosperity Law LLP are looking to appoint a litigation solicitor of between 2-8 years PQE (although candidates outside of these brackets with relevant experience will be considered) to join our growing litigation team. The successful candidate should have litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Working on a varied case load including Property Disputes, Contentious Probate, and Commercial Disputes
- Supporting the Partner/Head of department within the team to achieve team objectives
- Providing excellent client service
- Providing support to other team members as required including junior members of the team and support staff
Requirements:
- Good technical IT skills
- Strong work ethic
- Strong attention to detail
- Good decision making ability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A team player and willingness to work with other team members on cases
- Ability to manage own caseload under supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on client service
- Ability to exercise initiative in relation to business development
