We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Office Administrator to provide administrative support across a varied portfolio of businesses, including Prosperity Management, Law and our day nurseries.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys taking ownership, keeping things organised and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy office.

Working across different areas of the businesses, you will provide general administrative and operational support, coordinate meetings and documentation, assist with basic financial administration and help ensure important tasks, records and actions are kept on track.

The role will also provide cover for the Property Manager during periods of absence, so we are looking for someone who is confident, dependable and comfortable managing competing priorities.

  • Undertaking other reasonable administrative duties to support the effective running of the businesses.
