You will have the opportunity to develop your career and experience personal growth and fulfilment as well as being integral in developing the culture of the business.
As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for the day‑to‑day leadership and oversight of our specialist supported living services. You will ensure these environments are therapeutic, proportionate, and legally compliant, balancing risk management with dignity, choice, and person‑centred care. You will lead teams to deliver consistent, high‑quality support, embedding PBS approaches, maintaining clear routines, and ensuring restrictive practices are used appropriately, reviewed regularly, and only when necessary. Safeguarding, quality assurance, and staff development will be central to your role, alongside creating environments where individuals can live safely, meaningfully, and with respect.
