About the Role
The role provides support across three services in Gloucestershire and involves a blend of 1:1 support and shared support. Support needs vary between individuals – some require minimal assistance such as help with medication administration, while others need full 1:1 support throughout the day. This includes promoting engagement, developing day‑to‑day living skills, and supporting individuals to participate in meaningful activities.
The primary support needs within these services relate to Mental Health, with additional needs that may include Autism, Learning Disabilities, substance‑related challenges, and mobility difficulties.
