Shift pattern: 7am – 10pm

Hours: Days 45 hours

What will the Support Worker role look like for you? You will promote life skills, independence and education for people with a diverse range of needs; this may involve Autism, ABI, challenging behaviours, learning/physical disabilities and elderly. Due to the needs of the people we support, you may be required to assist with aspects such as personal care and daily tasks. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to encourage and accompany the people we support with activities and being out in the community. This role would be 2:1 ratio with the people we support.

We believe the qualities of a great Support Worker are being empathetic, supportive, resilient, respectful and courageous, and that is all you will need to succeed within this role. You will be travelling between services; therefore, a Full manual UK Driver’s License and business insurance is essential.
