What will the Support Worker role look like for you?
You will promote life skills and independence for a 19-year-old man with a diagnosis of cerebral palsy, learning disabilities and mental health. Due to his support needs you will be required to provide personal care, perform manual handling and support him with his activities in the community to live a fulfilling life.
