She has autism and experiences mental health challenges, so we are seeking someone patient, understanding, and committed to providing person-centred support. She is a huge Taylor Swift fan, loves music, and adores her dog, so applicants must be comfortable working in a home where a dog is present. No personal care is required for this role. This individual is transitioning from a hospital stay during which she experienced periods of distress that resulted in behaviours that challenge and the need for frequent restraint. Through consistent, person-centred support and continuity of care, we expect these behaviours to reduce as she settles into her new environment and support arrangements.
