Contract Type: 45 hours per week
Shift Patterns: Mon 9:00-16:00, Wed 11:00-15:00, Thu 10:00-15:00, Fri 9:00-16:00, and alternating weekends.
This role is subject to a DBS check, which will be provided by Prosperity Care & Wellbeing.

You will be supporting a bright and active female in her early 20s who has autism and learning disabilities. The role involves:
- Encouraging independence
- Supporting daily routines
- Assisting with personal care
- Accompanying her on community activities and outings
Support is usually provided as part of a two-person team, although there may be opportunities to work one-to-one during additional shifts. She lives at home with family, who are available for support if required. Driving will be needed for community trips, with mileage reimbursed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide person-centred support to help develop independence and everyday life skills
- Assist with personal care and daily routines in a respectful and supportive manner
- Support access to social and community activities
- Work collaboratively with another support worker as part of a small team
Requirements:
- Experience supporting individuals with autism and learning disabilities is desirable
- Confidence providing personal care
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive for outings and appointments
- Reliable, flexible, and committed to providing high-quality support
