Prosperity Care & Wellbeing is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support managers and staff across a wide range of people matters. You will provide expert HR guidance, drive compliance, support wellbeing and engagement, and contribute to projects that create a positive workplace culture within our care services.
The role requires CIPD Level 3 (or progress towards) and 3+ years of HR experience, with strong knowledge of UK employment law.
