Your Role
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Senior Support Worker to oversee 2 of our services, supporting people with diagnoses such as Mental Health, Learning Disabilities, Autism, challenging behaviours, and drug & alcohol dependency. This role combines hands-on care with leadership responsibilities, supporting the consistent delivery of high-quality, person-centered care across the service. You will help create safe, structured, and empowering environments while contributing to the development and confidence of the wider staff team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead shifts, guide Support Workers, and oversee daily care to ensure it follows individual support plans.
- Manage challenging behaviours, contribute to care planning and risk assessments, promote independence, maintain accurate records, work with families and professionals, and travel between services as required.
