What will the Support Worker role look like for you?
- You will promote life skills, independence and education for people with a diverse range of needs; this may involve Autism, ABI, challenging behaviours, learning/physical disabilities and elderly.
- You may be required to assist with aspects such as personal care and daily tasks.
- You will have the opportunity to encourage and accompany the people we support with activities and being out in the community.
- This role would be 2:1 ratio with the people we support.
What we are looking for in the Support Worker:
- We are looking for people who care! The qualities of a great Support Worker include being empathetic, supportive, resilient, respectful and courageous.
- A Full manual UK Drivers License and business insurance is essential as you will be travelling between services.
