About the Person You’ll Be Supporting & Your Role
We are looking for a Support Worker to provide person-centred support for a young female with a severe learning difficulty. She is non-verbal and communicates in her own way, occasionally using objects of reference to express her needs and preferences. The role involves supporting her with personal care, promoting her wellbeing and safety, and encouraging meaningful participation in activities at home and in the community.
