Location: Thornbury, South Gloucestershire
Shift pattern: (45 hrs/week): 7:30am–11:00pm (15.5 hours) plus sleep‑in from 11:00pm–7:30am, followed by a morning shift from 7:30am–10:00am

About the Role:
You’ll be joining a small team providing personalised, one‑to‑one support.
Qualities and Requirements:
- Clean, full UK driving licence to drive the person supported’s vehicle
- Relevant care experience
- Comfortable wearing loose‑fitting clothing to avoid sensory triggers
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised support to a young man with a brain injury, assisting with daily activities to maximise quality of life
- Support active engagement in wheelchair skiing, Boccia, boxing, outdoor activities, and leisure pursuits such as dining, gaming, and TV watching
- Assist with regular physio, speech and language therapy sessions and participation in prescribed rehabilitation activities
- Create a motivating and encouraging environment, adapting approaches to suit individual needs and maintaining patience and a positive attitude
- Deliver behaviour support and bespoke manual handling as per training, ensuring safety and dignity at all times
