We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Cover Teacher to join our fantastic team at MEA Central. This is a permanent position on Teaching terms, MPS-UPS to start in September 2026.
We’re looking for:
- Qualified to teach and work in the UK with successful experience in the 11-16 phase.
- Thorough subject knowledge and an understanding of current curriculum developments.
- A good communicator with the ability to develop effective working relationships.

Main purpose of the job:
You will be required to teach a range of subjects to high‑school students at a high standard across the Academy as required to support with planned and unplanned absences. You will be responsible for improving the standards of learning and raising levels of student achievement for all students and are expected to fulfil the professional responsibilities common to all classroom teachers.
