The Role: Teacher of Drama – fixed term, 1 academic year starting September 2026. The post holder will secure high standards of teaching, learning and achievement in Drama, ensuring all students make strong progress and reach their full potential. Accountable to the Curriculum Leader, Senior Leaders and the Headteacher.

- Promote the academic progress, wellbeing and positive behaviour of all students
- Plan and deliver high‑quality, inclusive Drama lessons
- Develop an ambitious Drama curriculum
- Assess, monitor and report on progress, implementing timely interventions
- Collaborate within the Drama team to support the school’s vision
- Reflect on and improve practice through professional development
- Support curriculum development, examinations and school improvement priorities
- Participate in meetings, duties and enrichment activities as required
- Build positive relationships with students, parents/carers and external partners
