We currently have an exciting opportunity for a SEN Teacher to join our fantastic team at Pear Tree High School. This is a permanent, full-time role on Teaching terms, offering MPS-UPS salary plus SEN allowance, to start September 2026.

The Role
- We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teacher (SEN) to join our team. This role involves fulfilling the professional responsibilities common to all classroom teachers, as outlined in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document, while making a positive impact on the learning and wellbeing of our students.
- Promote the progress, wellbeing, and engagement of all students.
- Deliver personalised, high‑quality lessons that meet the learning needs of all pupils.
- Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policy.
- Participate in interventions to raise student achievement and attainment.
- Support and contribute to the professional development of colleagues.
