We currently have an exciting opportunity for School Administrator to join our fantastic team at Camberwell Park Specialist School

This is a Grade 5, permanent post working 35 hours per week, term time only plus 2 weeks. The starting pro-rata salary is £26,485 and the full time equivalent is £30,023. This role is to start as soon as pre-employment checks are complete.

About the role:

This is a general administrative role with a particular focus on Annual Reviews and EHCPs across the school. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage a varied workload effectively within a busy school environment.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and professional individual to provide high-level administrative and organisational support. The successful candidate should:

  • Have experience of working in an administrative support environment
  • Have excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Have ability to develop and implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency
  • Be confident managing confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Have excellent ICT skills, ideally including Office 365 and School MIS
  • Work well both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Be committed to supporting the vision, ethos and values of the Trust
  • Possess effective written and verbal communication skills, and possess good numeracy skills

Main purpose of the job:

Under the direction of the Operations Manager and School Office Manager and other senior staff, provide an efficient, responsive and high-quality administrative support to the school, working independently to manage the day to day administrative operations of a specific department within the school.

To work collaboratively with all staff and parents in order to support pupil well being.
